Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

OMG, okay,,this is easily one of the best restaurants on South Street! The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the night was the incredible service. I want to give a special thank you to the older gentleman who introduced my partner and me to a special appetizer. He was so sweet, patient, and understanding; his energy made us feel so welcome and happy. Our waiter was also fantastic,a great man who took excellent care of us. Overall, everything was top-tier. I love the authenticity of different cultures, and food is such a beautiful way for us to learn about one another. I wish the staff all the best,we will definitely be back!

I recently catered with Nam Chon for an alumni event hosted at UPenn and had a great experience. From the initial conversation till the day the food arrived, the owner was efficient and thoughtful with their communication. The food was delicious and everything was well organized and set up by the owner. The fried chicken was a must β super crispy and flavorful. The shrimp dumplings were also really good, and the banchan were a nice touch and a great start to the meal. Everyone at our event enjoyed their main dishes as well which included the beef bulgogi, the spicy chicken dish, and a beef and tofu dish. The service was excellent and the owner were very accommodating throughout the entire experience. Overall, a really great spot for both small groups and larger gatherings. Would definitely come back when I'm craving Korean food!

I recently ordered catering from Namchon for my school event, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish!! The service was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The staff communicated clearly, helped us coordinate the order smoothly, and made sure everything was prepared and delivered on time. The food itself was excellent. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared. Our guests especially loved the variety and authenticity of the menu, and many people went back for seconds. The portions were generous, and everything arrived well-packaged and ready to serve, which made the event run seamlessly!!

Stopped into Nam Chon for a quick bite at like 3:00pm. It was an amazing lunch! We got mushroom tofu soondubu to share between two; food came out fast, was exactly the hot and cozy meal that I needed, and the perfect amount of food for two people. The prices are unbelievably good; Iβd recommend Nam Chon for walk-in dining, itβs especially great for large parties, and if you want a family-owned casual Korean dining experience.

Tasty food with lots of seating on a Friday evening. Spicy boneless chicken was good. Not too salty, not too drenched in sauce, nicely coated. Portion size was surprisingly big in a good way. Bulgogi Bimbibap was good but the bulgogi was a bit too saucy/wet for me. It made the rice by that area wet. Would likely not get this again unless it changes. After ordering, the staff brought some complimentary banchan. The potatoes were my favorite! I would come back for the chicken and to try some other things on the menu.
